Someone has running well UBUNTU 8.10 32bit on his Lenovo SL400 laptop.

Most people who’ve tried to install Ubuntu 8.10 into the Lenovo
IdeaPad S101 netbook which as the default already has Windows XP Home
edition installed often meet a problem, especially if they used USB
DriveOne. Although there is an issue of install Ubuntu 8.10 on Lenovo
IdeaPad S10 with the default XP Home install but ones still trying to.
