Getting new Dell XPS 420 computer with Vista 64 bit OS, it user said now he can’t get 964 printer to install. Looking through the driver updates he’s found the only Vista OS it lists is for 32 bit. So he needs to find out does his XPS420 computer with Vista 64 bit OS and printer not compatible? Does Dell working on this problem? And will there be 64 bit drivers?

While make connection of printer to Dell E6400 + emea2 through serial port the Dell’s user getting a problem. If he doesn’t open the serial port using software (normal state) and e6400 sets “1″ to TxD line, the printer shows error.
