So, to avoid overheating on XPS 435MT maybe the one good fan to use is the Nexus fan. To make it better you can use Anti-Vibration Feet like furniture pads, Anti-Vibration Fan Mount, and Fan Gaskets. You may also try Acoustic Materials to reduce loud noise in Dell Studio XPS 435mt.
