- Right click on My Computer
- Select Properties
- Select Hardware Devices (Device Manager/Hardware Devices) and then locate Display Adapter.

After display adapter was installing completely, now you will able to adjust Inspiron 1100 screen resolution as well.

As there are some issues from users who used Synaptics TouchPad driver at the computer with 64bit operating system, basically it works well and supports almost all computers with Windows operating system like Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 installed. However, if you’ve got the modded drivers not work, thus, there may be an issue if you use the Synaptics TouchPad driver in 64bit operating system because of enforces strict driver signing requirements, here’s what you should do to the right installation:

- Go to Control Panel
- Choose Add and Remove Programs or Programs and Features.
- Uninstall all Synaptics drivers installed
- Restart the computer
- Install the modded driver by running the setup.exe inside the ZIP archive.
- If you’re facing up Windows prompt a warning about unsigned driver, that’s okay
- Continue to install the download driver completely and Synaptics TouchPad driver should be update.
- Restart the computer
- Go to Device Manager
- Select Mouse and Other Pointing Devices
- There you should see the Synaptics PS/2 Port Touchpad driver version is v10.2.4.

After Sypnatics TouchPad modded driver is installed, all of features like 2 or 3 Fingers Gestures, ChiralMotion and Momentum should be
supported and enabled. However, it depends on TouchPad hardware. Unfortunately, Pinch gesture, which similar to iPhone’s multi-touch,
is not enabled. In case your Synaptics TouchPad doesn’t offer two fingers gestures, you can try the two-finger-scroll utility (get below this post) to force enable 2 fingers gesture.

When the time to make comparison between Apple and ASUS comes, looks like impressive comparing MacBook Pro and ASUS UL50. The statement from the ASUS Vice Chairman, Jonathan Tsang should be interest to hear “ASUS is focusing on products; Apple is focusing on the entire experience”. So, let’s see who’s better among of them?

The result of MacBook Pro against ASUS UL50 below was taken after comparing their chassis, resolution, and computing power:

Resolution:
Apple wins with a 1440 x 900 resolution despite being slightly smaller than the UL50, which only has a paltry 1366 x 768. I also prefer a 16:10 LCD that gives me more rows. I do watch HD content but I do a lot more work on my notebooks. Apple 2: ASUS 0

Weight:
ASUS beats out Apple with a lighter package. Apple 2: ASUS 1

Computing Power:

Apple whips ASUS with a processor that should be about twice as fast.

Battery: ASUS lasts 3 hours longer, but you might have to get a bigger battery adding to the weight and thickness. No definitive winner here.

Chassis:
Apple wins with an all aluminum and unibody chassis compared to just an aluminum lid with plastics all over on the UL50. Apple 1: ASUS 0

Price:
ASUS UL50 wins with the much cheaper than the 15.4-inch MacBook Pro. Even with a recent price cut for the MacBook Pro the starting price is
still a significant US$1699.

However the conclusion above only the tentative results since ASUS UL50 is a pre-production model. And also, the price is really affecting because of some users very sensitive while comparing this factor, and they will give a big point for it.
