Sometimes we’re found out the Lenovo Thinkpad T500 touchpad messing up while typing. Ones whose experience said don’t know what key they’re reaching for while typing might his thumb touch the touchpad or something else but then the cursor jumps, and his typing going worst.
As he heard many others had the same issue there is setting a setting that would disable the touchpad while typing then he opened up mouse properties under the Control Panel and check UltraNav tab but he can’t found any option to disable the touchpad. So he didn’t thought it is possible to disable the touchpad anymore
Actually there is simple solution to fix the problem of T500 touchpad messing up while typing. What you need is just pressing Fn + F8 keys on your T500 laptop. There you should see any setting you can use to manage the system. Looking for the touchpad option and choose to only enable the touchpoint and disable the touchpad. This method is works fine whether on Lenovo T500 or T400 laptop.
