How To Set Intel WiFi 5300 Problem on Thinkpad Laptop

ThinkPad Intel WiFi 5300 wireless has more useful function and it
available as long as you customizing with the right configure. Here
below the option you can change to leverage potential ability of Intel
Wifi 5300
1. ThinkPad Intel WiFi 5300 with highest power and lowest roaming
aggressiveness.
Go to Start => Settings => Control Panel => Administrative Tools =>
Computer Management => Device Manager. Choose Intel WiFi Link 5300 AGN
Properties and go to the Advanced Tab. Change the option setting like
below:
Power Management “Highest”
Roaming Aggressiveness “Lowest”
2. ThinkPad Intel WiFi 5300 with Power Saver mode off
This option will disable function of Thinkpad/Windows Power Management
doing save power by turn wireless off automatically.
Go to Start => Settings => Control Panel => Administrative Tools =>
Computer Management > Device Manager >. Choose Intel WiFi Link 5300
AGN Properties and go to the Power Management Tab. Now un-check “Allow
the computer to turn off this device to save power”
Now go to the ThinkVantage Access Connections => Manage => Edit
Profile for your connection => Choose Wireless Settings Tab. At the
Advanced Configuration “Settings” button go to the “Power save mode:”
and choose “Low (best network performance)”.
