Fixing Fingerprint Reader on Lenovo SL400

Because of this problem, My friend tried to call Lenovo Support by phone and he asked about Lenovo ThinkVantage Fingerprint Software Updated. They asked about ThinkVantage v5.8.2, but he found that it available from third-party website. He has just download it and there is no error appears.
