Fixing Windows 7 Installation Problems

Windows 7 the latest Microsoft OS offers many useful features to make
it as simple as they can, so the end users have operated it easily.
Behind all of those good things, there are some annoying problems that
might make ones headache. There are the most Windows 7 installation
problems people experiences and it solution:

A. Burning ISO image on a DVD correctly

1. Burn DVD
You can use Nero Burning-Rom to burn a DVD, but make sure that it burn
without error.
- Low speed burning
To decrease any errors that possibly come, try to choose the lowest
burning speed.
- Checkmark the option of Finalize Disc and Verify Written Data.
This step used to check the disc for error and make it readable.
- Check the status under the burning process
It used to verify if it is writing with the speed you set it to write.
- Press Burn button and quick roll in the DVD disc in PC.

2. Boot Installation of Windows 7

Windows 7 will show some information if it has encountered problem
communicating with device connecting to your computer. Here’s some
error status that usually shown:

Status: 0xc00000e9
Info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred.

“or even such as”: BOOTMGR Image is corrupt. System cannot boot.

If you’re met that error, you can fix it by use this solution:

Unplug all of USB devices
Enter into BIOS by tapping DEL on boot and disable some stuff there.
At the Windows you can also go to Device Manager and disable some stuff there.

3. Unable Install Windows 7 directly from current OS working of
Windows XP or Vista.
Another most problem is Windows cannot copy files required for
installation. It might the files corrupt or missing. If it so, you
need to make sure all files required for installation are available.
In case you’re sure that you burn “Burning DVD” correctly (step 1) it
means your image may be has a bit corrupt. Here you need to
re-download again from the official Microsoft page. In case you can’t
or having problem downloading from the official site, don’t worry, you
can still try search other links or torrents perhaps.

B. DM5 hashsum

1. Check DM5 hashsum
DM 5 hashum should be match to avoid failed install Windows 7 directly
from current working OS Windows XP or Vista (step A3). To do it you

C. Other Windows 7 installation problem
Hope you’re not failed after doing the steps above with the right.
However, if you still experience Windows 7 installation problem, even
after download ISO image from different locations. Here should fix
your problem by following the ways:

- Try to burn it on USB Flash Memory Stick to avoid any burning
errors, just make sure it has at least 2.5GB of space. You can visit

D. Final Solution

Here’s the final solution of you can do, but it will require at least
2 HDD and one portable 1 HDD:
- 1 HDD with an installed Windows 7
- 1 HDD with any Windows installed on it!
This means you need a fresh copy of installed Windows 7.
- 1 HDD or a portable device such as Flash Memory Stick of 16GB

1. Plug in both drives to same PC, on boot you can press F8 or F9 to
choose a drive to boot from which must be old Win.
2. Enter the drive with a Win 7 on it and copy all Windows folders you
can see onto P.FMS/3rd HDD.
3. Boot from any HDD Device that has Windows 7 folder in it, you also
can boot from Win 7 1st HDD and enter old Windows drive and replace it
with Win 7 from 3rd HDD with.
4. The faster way you can try to clone and copy your hard drive. Or
you also doing the steps like the way of Win Installation makes a copy
of your old Windows when installing it from old win on old win.

Important:
Don’t forget to change the registration serial number to your own to
make that Windows 7 as your own legal copy.
