Just install Vista OS in HP laptop the one user found the SigMatel C-Major Audio Driver didn’t support by Vista. As the Windows system told him to find it driver to HP site then he’s going there but there
is no SigMatel C-Major Audio driver found. So, how’s to make SigMatel C-Major Audio recognize by the HP laptop.
To make SigMatel C-Major Audio running well on HP, you can try this method:
- Visit official HP site and looking for IDT Hi-Def. Audio Codec Driver
- Download the driver and save it
- Go to Device Manager
- Uninstall IDT Hi-Def.Audio Codec driver completely and reboot the HP machine.
- Now you can perform a new install of the driver just downloaded.
- Reboot the machine again.
