Basically Acer Aspire 8920G users are able to make 8920G Touchpad
Virtual Scrolling work on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or 2008. You’re
already now Acer Aspire 8920G comes with Windows Vista preinstalled.
By default it has User Account Control or known as UAC enabled set to
secure the Aspire 8920G.
Since Microsoft Visual Studio users should run Microsoft Visual Studio
in Administrator mode, it makes the Touchpad Virtual Scrolling not
working. To make it works properly, you are only need to turn the
users account On or Off. For those who unfamiliar to switch that
option, here is the following:
Go to Start Menu => Control Panel => User Accounts
Click Turn User Account Control on or off
Unmark the checkbox
Click OK button.
Restart your Acer Aspire 8920G machine.
After reboot you the Touchpad Virtual Scrolling on Microsoft Visual
Studio 2005 or 2008 is available in your Acer Aspire 8920G. Now you
can throw away your mouse and enjoy this feature.
