Bought Acer Aspire 6930G in around 8 months ago, the one user has been very happy with the laptop performance. But then, while on the start-up, suddenly he’s got a message telling him that windows hadn’t shut down properly and gave him several choices for what to do. As commonly when the system is fail he chooses the Safe Mode, checked out
the system and seemed like everything is okay. But when he’s restarted the Aspire 6930G machine, the Windows didn’t want to start. And also the options of Safe Mode, Last known config, Normal, etc all doesn’t work.
Following ones advice, reinstalled windows vista and all seemed well for a while. And he always makes sure that the Aspire 6930G laptop shutdown properly each time he was done. But it only work in severalhours, thereafter the same problem is occur. Safe modes just bring theAspire 6930G to a blue screen that proceeded in dumping memory, all other choices led to black screens.
To fix the problem of black screen on Aspire 6930G like above, you need to make sure the hard drive isn’t failed and there is no some bad memory. But first it can be made caused of an update issue. So, try the system restore feature may be able to help you. However, if the Aspire 6930G is so unstable it will not restore then it could be hardware related issues.
